Corrections

If a page is wrong, please say which page and what is wrong. For a snippet, the most useful report names the browser and its version where the code fails, and what it did instead. For a support claim, a link to the MDN page or the caniuse table that contradicts it settles the matter. Corrections are made as soon as they are confirmed, and the page’s reviewed date changes.

Libraries for the directory

Until the submission form is ready, send the address of the repository. A library is listed when the directory’s script can fetch its facts and it passes the gates described on the libraries page; the editors do not decide by hand, and there is no fee and no paid listing. If you maintain a listed library and a fact on its page is out of date, the monthly refresh will pick up the change; write if it does not.

If a listed library has a security problem, report it to its maintainers first. Tell the editors as well, and the entry is flagged until the maintainers have fixed it.

What the site cannot help with

The editors do not debug readers’ code, answer support questions about jQuery or any listed library, or take consulting work through this address. For jQuery, the jQuery API documentation and its forums are the place; for a library, its own issue tracker.

Advertising

The site does not accept sponsored articles or paid placements in the directory. Its one advertising unit is served by Google AdSense; see the about page.
